Bicyclic heterocyclic compounds of the general formula (I), the tautomers, stereoisomers and salts thereof which have valuable pharmacological properties, particularly an inhibitory effect on signal transduction mediated by tyrosine kinases; a process for preparing this compounds; pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in treating diseases, particularly tumour diseases, diseases of the lung and airways.
