摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately inspect the eccentric state of an air gap without installing a noise removal means such as a noise filter even if variations and disturbance are present at each single-phase induction motor. <P>SOLUTION: A device for inspecting the air gap eccentricity includes ammeters 121a, 121b which measure current waveforms of currents flowing to a main winding 110 and an auxiliary winding 111, and acceleration pickups 122a, 122b which measure vibration waveforms of vibrations of the single-phase induction motors in a direction in which an imbalance magnetism absorption force generated in a rotor becomes maximum when AC voltages are applied to the main winding 110 and the auxiliary winding 111. The device calculates the eccentric amount of the air gap 101 from amplitudes of the measured vibration waveforms, calculates the eccentric direction from a time change of a phase difference between the measured vibration waveforms and the current waveforms, and determines the quality of the air gap 101 on the basis of the thus-measured eccentric amount and the eccentric direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
