The intraoral therapy device is designed for forward displacement of a mandible relative to a maxilla and extension of a rear throat. A guide element is mounted before the tooth rows of the jaw shell. The jaw shells are connected with each other in the position in releasing manner by the replacement of the attachment or support in the guide element. Mobility is allowed horizontally and vertically through guiding the attachment or support in the guide element corresponding to the molding of the attachment or support and guide element.
