The method involves receiving an access impossibility information signal in two access points of a radio communication network infrastructure. A sleep mode output request message is sent to one of the access points by the other access point, where the access points are allowed to communicate by the request message when the former access point is in a sleep mode in which synchronization signal is not emitted. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a radio communication infrastructure base station comprising an access point control module for receiving a sleep mode output request message (2) a computer program comprising a set of instructions for implementing a method for managing an access of a user equipment to a radio communication network infrastructure (3) a computing medium comprising a set of instructions for implementing a method for managing an access of a user equipment to a radio communication network infrastructure.
