<p>Arrangement (10) of at least two exhaust gas turbochargers (12, 14) for an internal combustion engine comprises two directly adjacent turbine housings (16a, 18a) connected to the exhaust gas system of the engine. Each turbine is connected by a drive shaft (30) to a compressor (20, 22). The drive shafts are rotatably mounted in corresponding bearing housings (24). The turbine housings are oriented so that the drive shafts lie at least in a row (32). The bearing housings adjoin both sides of the turbine housings. Preferred Features: The turbine housings are cast together to form one construction unit. The inlet channels (16b, 18b) of the turbine housings are connected to specific cylinders of the engine by separate exhaust gas lines (28a, 28b).</p> |
