A head mounted display system with enhancing visual acuity methods is provided to lease the muscle of an eye and the eyesight by strengthening the eyesight exercise function. In a head mounted display system with enhancing visual acuity methods, a secondary storage is composed of a graphics board(400), a hard disk, and a flash memory. A three-dimensional image data(200) and a customer relationship management, and a communications unit are equipped in a computer or a multimedia mobile apparatus(10). The left-eye data(1000) and right-eye data are stored into a video memory, and a zoom in zoom out module is comprised of a central process unit, a liquid crystal display apparatus(1600), and a software module.
