A carrier board transference system for a handler in order to support testing an electric device and a method of carrier board transference in the chamber are provided to increase the transfer speed and circulation speed of the carrier board by collecting the carrier board to be adjacent to circulation direction. A transfer system(2000) is comprised a chamber(CH) which are formed inside and outside the chamber. The transfer system comprises a guide system(2100), a transfer apparatus(2200), a first supporting apparatus(2300), a second supporting apparatus(2400), and a supporting apparatus(2500). The guide system comprises a first guide rail part and a second guide rail part, and the first guide rail part comprises a first guide rail and a first gap controller.
