A whisky reservoir is provided, which prevents manufacture and marketing of the forgery whisky by collecting the thrown away bottles and preventing reuse of them. A whisky reservoir having forgery prevention function comprises: cylinders(10a,20a) in which the space of the cylindrical shape in which center is vacant is prepared at the predetermined height; a circular packing(30) which is formed so that a pressor can be compressed in the longitudinal axis of cylinder in the cylindrical inner circumference; upper and lower cylinder parts; opening and shutting device finishing material(10) which hermetically maintain the vacuum condition of the opening and shutting device; a bottle cap(50); and a bottle cap inner protrusion.
