A droplet spray apparatus using an ultra-hydrophobic nozzle capable of stable jet is provided to increase stability and effectiveness of the spray development. A droplet spray apparatus using an ultra-hydrophobic nozzle comprises a body(100) and an actuator. The body comprises the chamber and a nozzle(120). The chamber accommodates the fluid including the liquid and particle from outside with a certain amount. The chamber is formed inside the body. A nozzle sprays the fluid including the liquid and particle. The nozzle is connected from the chamber and the nozzle is formed with one side of the body. The actuator forms the electrostatic field so that the fluid including the liquid and particle be emitted through nozzle.
