PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cationic electrodeposition paint composition which contains no antirust pigments based on heavy metals having high toxicity and a high specific gravity and which forms paint films having excellent antirust property. SOLUTION: The cationic electrodeposition paint composition includes a cationic epoxy resin (A) and a blocked isocyanate curing agent (B) blocked with an organic chelate compound and/or coordinating compound having corrosion inhibition function.
