The implant has an arrangement of cylindrical guide sleeve (B) oriented towards an axis of a head of a thigh bone. An anchor (C) is slidably mounted within the cylindrical guide sleeve in a longitudinal direction and a carrier screw (A) is slidably mounted within the anchor. The carrier screw is advanced towards a femoral head. The anchor is implemented as a double T-section. Perpendicular sections of the T-section are cannulated and are formed for guidance of the carrier screw. The carrier screw has two opposite sided slots for reciprocal guidance of the anchor in a threaded section.
