PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower spray nozzle capable of steplessly adjusting a spray area by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: In the shower spray nozzle, a spray area regulating member 20 is held to the inner surface side of a shower spray wall 11, which has a plurality of water discharge orifices 12 formed within its oblong region, in a pressure contact state. The spray area regulating member 20 has a slot having an areal expanse capable of being overlapped with all of the water discharge orifices 12. When the spray area regulating member 20 is relatively rotated with respect to the shower spray wall 11 by operating an operation member 40 connected to the spray area regulating member 20, the overlap area of the group of the water discharge orifices with the slot changes to steplessly adjust the spray area.
