PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back door reinforcing structure capable of enhancing the fitting performance of a reinforcing member for a key cylinder and a door latch and capable of enhancing the appearance and strength of a back door in regard to a back door for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This back door 2 reinforcing structure comprises an inner panel 4 and an outer panel 3 of a back door 2, and a first reinforcement 10 existing in the vertical direction of a vehicle is arranged on a back surface side of the outer panel 3 corresponding to a key cylinder 6, and a second reinforcement 11 is fitted to a back surface side of the inner panel 4 corresponding to a door latch 8. An upper end 10c of the first reinforcement 10 is pinched by the inner panel 4 and the outer panel 3, and a lower end 10d of the first reinforcement 10 is welded to the inner panel 4 with the second reinforcement 11 between them, and an intermediate part 10a of the first reinforcement 10 abuts on the back surface side of the outer panel 4 through a cushioning material 12.
