PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure easiness of mounting of a dynamic damper on a beam etc. or a bracket fixed to the beam etc.; to eliminate tough restrictions on mounting tolerance and component tolerance; and to restrain a damper fitting from independently vibrating as an elastic metal body with respect to the beam etc. or the bracket. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper 1 comprises the damper fitting 10, the one side portion of which has a fixing portion 101, an elastic rubber body 11 which is fixed to the other side portion of the damper fitting 10, and a pit 13 which is supported on the elastic rubber body 11. A fixing means 3 makes the fixing portion 101 fixed to the bracket 2 which is fixed to a building frame. A protrusive portion 5 is provided as a vibration suppressing means for restraining the other side portion of the damper fitting 10 from vibrating in the direction of getting close to/getting away from the bracket 2, in the above fixed state.
