<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plastic magnet in which sufficient oxidation deterioration suppress effect is obtained by optimizing the addition amount and addition timing of an antioxidant and then magnetic characteristics can be effectively prevented from deteriorating, and the plastic magnet. <P>SOLUTION: The prevent invention relates to the manufacturing method of the plastic magnet. The manufacturing method of the plastic magnet includes a first stage of mixing a coupling agent with magnetic powder 11 and performing coupling processing; a second stage of mixing a resin binder 13 with the magnetic powder 11; a third stage of forming a mixture by mixing the antioxidant 14 with the mixture of the magnetic powder 11 and the resin binder 13; a fourth stage of compressing and molding the mixture to form a compression molding; and a fifth stage of heating and curing the compression molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
