PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator having high production efficiency reduced in the number of components and machining man-hours, and to provide a manufacturing method of its pulley supporting part. SOLUTION: The elevator pulley supporting part has a pulley shaft mounting face 1A having a first hole 2 for journaling a passenger car deflecting pulley 54 on which a main rope 53 for the elevator 50 is wound, and a plurality of wall faces extending from the end of the pulley shaft mounting face 1A to the side of a counter deflecting pulley 54. The pulley supporting part is shaped by thrusting one plate while continuously holding the adjacent wall faces out of the plurality of wall faces with each other before and after thrusting.
