PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heat source heat pump air conditioning system capable of reducing facility costs and operation costs. SOLUTION: The water heat source heat pump air conditioning system is equipped with a plurality of water heat source heat pump type air conditioners 1 for air conditioning spaces of a building, and a heat source water circuit 3 circulating heat source water communicating through heat pump water heat exchangers 2 of the water heat source heat pump type air conditioners 1. A first heat source heat exchanger 5 adjusting a water temperature of the heat source water by soil water generated in the building, and a second heat source heat exchanger 6 adjusting the water temperature of the heat source water by sewage generated in the building are provided in the heat source water circuit 3. A control means 7 is provided for adjusting the temperature of the heat source water within an operable water temperature range of the water heat source heat pump type air conditioner 1 in response to a heat source water inlet temperature of the heat pump water heat exchanger 2, a temperature of the soil water, and a temperature of the sewage.
