SOLUTION: In a communication system 301, an annunciation object identification information which identifies a peculiar information of the mobile terminal 101 of annunciation object is set by the mobile terminal 101 of transmitting side, the transmitting side mobile terminal 101 includes a position identification information which identifies the position of the mobile terminal 101 of the annunciation object in the annunciation information when transmitting the annunciation information, the annunciation information transmitted from the transmitting side mobile terminal 101 is annunciated only to the mobile terminal 101 identified by the position identification information among the mobile terminal 101 of the annunciation object identified by the annunciation identification information.
