PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an axial thrust load after reducing manufacturing cost by a simple constitution, and to finely adjust the axial thrust load even after the manufacturing of an impeller. SOLUTION: This centrifugal pump is provided with the impeller 2 rotatably disposed in a casing 1, takes fluid into the casing from an axial line S direction front side of the impeller by the rotation of the impeller, and feeds the fluid to the outside of the casing by compressing and feeding the fluid to a radial direction outside the impeller. The impeller includes a rear shroud 21 disposed at an axial direction rear side by forming an outer diameter of a circle having its center on the axial line, a front shroud 22 disposed at an axial direction front side by forming an outer diameter of a circle having the center on the axial line, blades 23 disposed between the rear shroud and the front shroud. The outer diameter of the rear shroud is formed smaller than that of the front shroud. An outer circumference edge of the blade is extended from an outer circumference end of the rear shroud to a radial direction outside perpendicular to the axial line and reaches the outer diameter of the front shroud.
