PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine a distribution destination to which information associated with a document is to be distributed. SOLUTION: A document registration unit 130 which receives a document as an operation result, a management ID thereof, and a master ID as a management ID before the operation on the document from a client registers the document in a document DB 100 and a pair of the management ID and master ID in a derivation relation DB 110, respectively. The document registration unit 130 when further receiving distribution destination information indicating a distribution destination to which the information associated with the document as the operation result is to be distributed from the client further registers the distribution destination information in the derivation relation DB 110 while making it correspond to the management ID of the document as the operation result. A distribution processing unit 150 once receiving a distribution indication including information specifying a specified document from the client through a request processing unit 140 distributes information associated with the specified document to the distribution destination represented by distribution destination information made to correspond to one of documents included in a tree structure that the specified document belongs to among tree structures that the derivation relation in the derivation DB 110 indicates.
