The intrinsically disordered sequences, or IDSeq, of proteins should be flexible so as to ensure a controlled interaction between the proteins. During the development of diseases, the IDSeq are modified and polymerised. The invention describes a method for preparing drugs against cancers, degenerative diseases and infectious diseases, by the induction of an immune reaction against the covalently modified (IDSeqC) and polymerised (pIDSeqC) sIDSeq, leading to a new protein signalling network, or misfoldome, generating the diseases. The invention describes the preparation of vaccines using polymers of the IDSeqC. The peptides of pIDSeqC are prepared in vitro and inserted into a living organism for inducing an immune response, which eliminates the misfoldome and cures the diseases. The method is used for preparing active or passive vaccines. The technique is appropriate for detecting, preventing or curing diseases related to aging such as degenerative diseases, cancers and infections.
|
