<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streaming transmission control method capable of switching a second terminal for receiving and reproducing streaming data for a first terminal for performing transmission control of the streaming data, a SIP server and a program. <P>SOLUTION: When the first terminal establishes an RTSP session with the streaming distribution server, a REFER message for establishing an RTP session for data transmission between the streaming distribution server and the second terminal is transmitted to the SIP server. The SIP server transmits an INVITE message to the second terminal, also transmits an UPDATE message to the streaming distribution server, and establishes the RTP session.
