PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical ground plane that is easily moved and installed, exhibits favorable workability, allows a storage space to be secured easily, and has excellent adaptability to a large-sized EUT. SOLUTION: A vertical pressing force is applied to a conductive plane 2 to bring it into press-contact with a ground plane 3 for obtaining favorable grounding, thereby substantially simplifying equipment installation work. A vertical ground plane is easily stored because the conductive plane 2 can be inclined from a position vertical to the ground plane to a position parallel to the ground plane. In addition, the vertical ground plane is adapted to the large-sized EUT by constituting the conductive plane 2 of multiple conductor plates so that the conductive plane 2 is deployed or folded as necessary.
