PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triazine-based compound-containing synthetic resin composition improved in coloring resistance to light, and an optical film and an optical sheet each using the synthetic resin composition. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin composition is obtained by formulating a synthetic resin with an ultraviolet absorber composition containing a triazine-based compound represented by general formula (1) and a hindered amine-based compound represented by general formula (2) (wherein R6is a 1-4 valent organic carboxylic acid residue or the like).
