PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent slippage, to enhance ease of securing, and to obtain a stable fastening force for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A fastening band 2A has a band body portion 20 having an annular portion 21 and a band body projecting portion 22, a lever plate 23 welded to the band body projecting portion 22, and a lever plate securing member 24 secured to the band body portion 20 and securing the lever plate 23 by folding and bending two projecting pieces 24a, 24b. Further, a pattern in which a surface of a metal member is made to be uneven face is in a belt shape formed on a center portion excluding both end portions in a width direction in at least inner and outer peripheries of the annular portion 21.
