<p>Device includes a thermocouple pair containing two ceramic materials, which are separated by an isolating material and are brought contact with each other at temperature measuring station. Both ceramic materials are connected with a conductive material, with which electromotive force is guided to a measuring instrument for measuring signals. The ceramic material is a mixture of oxidic or non-oxidic material, which is selected from M 2O type alkali oxide, aluminum (III) oxide, chromium (III) oxide, calcium oxide, iron (III) oxide, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, titanium (IV) oxide, zirconium oxide, hafnium dioxide, aluminum nitride, molybdenum disilicide, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, boron carbide or boron nitride, where M is an alkali metal. The device concerns with the isolating material, which is selected from ceramics crystalline aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide or magnesium oxide.
