A vehicle having a real time monitoring apparatus and monitoring method thereof are provided to prevent damage of a vehicle by photographing surroundings through a front, rear, and side cameras of a vehicle in case the movement of an object is detected. A vehicle having a real time monitoring apparatus comprises a sensor part(500) detecting the movement of an object within a specific interval with a vehicle; an image input part(200) photographing the front, side, and rear view of a vehicle in case sensing signal occurs from the sensor part; a sound input part(300) recording the sound surrounding a vehicle; a mobile communications part(810) transmitting image and sound into a mobile communication terminal in real-time; a traffic information server supplying real-time traffic information by receiving image photographed image during driving through the moving communication part; and a control part(600) transmitting image and sound into the mobile communication terminal and recording sound surrounding a vehicle through a sound input part and photographing surroundings of a vehicle through the image input part in real time. The image input part consists of a front, side, and rear cameras.
