PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antitumor substrate capable of efficiently producing a large amount of a final objective substance and providing the high- purity final objective substance. SOLUTION: This method comprises a starting material preparing process A, a first blood collecting process B for removing a material component a2 obtained by the starting substance preparing process A and collecting a first blood (d), a first precipitate removing/supernatant liquid part collecting process D for passing the first blood (d) obtained by the first blood collecting process B through a first precipitate forming process C, removing a first precipitate (f) and collecting a supernatant liquid part (g), then an effective precipitate collecting process F for passing the supernatant liquid part (g) containing an active ingredient to a second precipitate forming process E, removing an unnecessary supernatant liquid (j) and collecting a solidified second precipitate (i), a purifying process H for dissolving the solidified sound precipitate (i) by an effective precipitate dissolving processing G and fractionating a molecular weight by a purifying means so as to obtain a fraction solution in a fixed region, a degerming process I for removing an impurity contained in the fraction solution obtained by the purifying process H and an objective substance solidifying process j for making the solution (p) into a powdery state so as to obtain the final objective substance (q). |
