A method for preparing instant frozen pizza using twice-baked bread and the instant frozen pizza prepared by the same are provided to secure the specific taste of pizza as well as good texture and mouth feel. A method for preparing instant frozen pizza comprises the following steps of: preparing ingredients for bread(S11); mixing the ingredients and making a first material(S12); thinly spreading the first material and making a second material(S13); cutting the second material to a predetermined size and making a third material(S14); forming a plurality of air holes on the third material to make a fourth material(S15); pressurizing the fourth material in a container(S16); baking the pressurized material in an oven to make fifth material(S17); spreading a pizza sauce on the fifth material and placing various topping materials on it to make a sixth material(S18); re-baking the sixth material and making a seventh material(S19); and packaging the seventh material and freezing it(S20). |
