摘要

A bio chip is provided to analyze concrete ingredient by observing the reaction between a probe and bio sample by supplying the bio sample to the probe. A bio chip comprises a probe cell array(100), light sensor(200), and memory cell array(300). The probe cell array comprises plural probe cells(115) which couples with a bio sample. The light sensor detects light signal which is provided from the probe cell and converts digital electric signal. The memory cell array stores the digital electric signal.
