An Internet site security system and a method thereof are provided to prevent the execution file of a corresponding electronic transaction program, or specific data and a processing mode on a memory from being transformed. According to the selection of a user, a browser execution module(100) executes a browser for providing a job environment on an Internet site. A memory protection module(200) prevents access from an external module for a memory area allocated to the browser. A browser protection module(300) prevents debugging from the other process or module for the browser execution module. The browser protection module selects an allowable target module and a disallowable module among a plurality of modules loaded in the memory area.
