摘要 FIELD: medicine; surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: point A is marked needle stick and aponeurotic defect edge at the distance 0.1-1.0 mm from needle stick. Point B is marked at the distance 0.5 - 3.0 mm from needle stick to the periphery. Point C is marked at the distance 5.0 - 15.0 mm from point B to the periphery. In both control zones AB and BC, aponeurotic tissue deformation sensor is installed. Tissue is exposed to tension strain by stretching the ligature ends in coaptation of aponeurotic defect edges. In each control zone, tissue deformations are registered synchronously with simultaneously considering differences of tissue deformations in dynamics. ^ EFFECT: higher control accuracy of wound edges coaptation. ^ 2 ex, 3 dwg
