A power steering gear valve for vehicles is provided to automatically change a torsional rate of a torsion bar while a driver drives a car to improve handing of the driver. A power steering gear valve for vehicles includes a valve housing, a spool shaft(220), a valve body(230), a torsion bar(240), a ring gear(260), a planet gear(270), and a piston gear(280). The spool shaft is set in the valve housing. The valve body is combined with the outer side of the front end of the spool shaft. The torsion bar is arranged along the central axis of the spool shaft. The ring gear rotates in connection with a shaft gear operating by a driving motor(290). The planet gear is engaged with the ring gear. The piston gear is engaged with the planet gear and reciprocates.
