摘要 A precision weighing method of bulk material and a precision control method of concrete material components in a concrete batch plant are provided to precisely control the blending ratio of concrete, increase the weight precision of the bulk material, and increase productivity in the production of ready-mixed concrete. A precision control method of concrete material components comprises: an injection quantity setting step of directly inputting weights and heads of respective material components of concrete or calculating the weights and heads from calculation data, and zeroing balances; a storage vessel-opening step of opening gates of storage vessels to inject materials of the respective storage tanks into weighing vessels; a first judging step of judging if the materials injected into the weighing vessels approach injection quantities of the concerned materials; a storage vessel adjusting step of adjusting the gates of the storage vessels to inject small quantities of the materials of the storage vessels into the weighing vessels; a second judging step of judging if the injected materials approach values obtained by subtracting the heads from the injection quantities of the respective weighing vessels; a storage vessel-closing step of closing the gates if the respective materials injected into the weighing vessels reach set values; a third judging step of judging if the materials injected into the weighing vessels exceed the injection quantities of the materials; a weighing vessel control step of closing the weighing vessels after injecting the entire materials into a mixer if the injected materials has not exceeded the injection quantities, and remaining the exceeded quantity of the materials in the weighing vessels and injecting the balance of the materials into the mixer if the injected materials have exceeded the injection quantities; and a concrete mixing step of operating the mixer if all material components are injected into the mixer at a predetermined component ratio.
