摘要 A method for preparing a light emitting diode by using a triblock copolymer is provided to improve the light extraction efficiency by forming a plurality of nanogrooves regularly on the emitting surface of an LED. A method for preparing a light emitting diode by using a triblock copolymer comprises the steps of forming a triblock copolymer layer(120) on the light emitting surface of an LED(110) by using poly(ethylene oxide-methyl methacrylate-styrene)(PEO-b-PMMA-PS) triblock copolymer; annealing the triblock copolymer layer so as to allow the cylinder-shaped microstructure(134) comprising a polyethylene oxide domain(133) and a polymethyl methacrylate domain(132) vertical to the light emitting surface of an LED to be formed in a polystyrene matrix domain; removing the polyethylene oxide domain and the polymethyl methacrylate domain from the annealed triblock copolymer(131) to form a nano-template(136) comprising nanopattern; and etching the emitting surface of an LED by using the nano-template.
