A plasma display panel having a touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by forming a transparent conductive film in one among a front panel and a front filter. An electromagnetic shielding film(410) of a mesh pattern is formed on a front panel(170). The electromagnetic shielding film is made of Ag or Cu paste. A transparent conductive film(420) is formed on a front filter(300). The transparent conductive film is made of at least one among ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), and ITZO(Indium Tin Zinc Oxide). The electromagnetic shielding film and the transparent conductive film are bonded, and are faced. A plurality of spacers(430) is formed between the front panel and the front filter.
