A battery pack is provided to prevent the increase of constant resistance between a bare cell and a protection circuit board against external shock by combining a bare cell, a protection circuit board and a cover case. A battery pack comprises a bare cell(110) formed with at least one coupling groove(112a,113a) on one side; a protection circuit board(120) electrically connected to the bare cell; a coupling member(130) of which one end is coupled with the protection circuit board and the other end has a coupling hole(131) corresponding to the coupling groove of the bare cell; a cover case(150) which surrounds the protection circuit board, forms at least one settlement groove(151b,152b) and bolt through-hole(151a,152a) passing through the center of the settlement groove; screw bolts(141,142) which are settled in the settlement groove through the bolt through hole and combined with the coupling groove; and an elastic support member(160) supporting the interval of screw bolt and the coupling member. |
