<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device suitable for use in an form that a screw shaft is axially linearly moved without rotating. <P>SOLUTION: A ball screw nut 3 is rotated to linearly move a screw shaft 2 in the axial direction. The limit position of the screw shaft 2 is specified by a stopper 14. The ball screw device includes a hollow shaft 5 which rotates together with the ball screw nut 3 and movably fits the screw shaft 2 therein. The hollow shaft 5 has a small diameter portion 12 which exhibits a friction force on the screw shaft 2 before the screw shaft 2 reaches the limit position, and a resin layer 13 is formed at an end of the screw shaft 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
