PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device having high efficiency and long service life. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting device 10 includes: an anode 2; a cathode 6; and a laminate sandwiched between the anode 2 and the cathode 6 and including at least a first organic compound layer (hole injection layer 3), a second organic compound layer (hole transport layer 4) and a third organic compound layer (light-emitting layer 5) in this order, wherein the first organic compound layer (hole injection layer 3) contains aryl amine polymer and the second organic compound layer (hole transport layer 4) contains (meth) acrylic acid ester polymer having aryl amine skeleton.
