PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive unit capable of maintaining the optical axial angle with respect to a disk surface and a distance to the disk surface with high accuracy without causing a tangential tilt error in a compact space. SOLUTION: In the optical disk drive unit for adjusting the inclination of two guide shafts with two adjustment pins which do not need screwing, the adjustment pins have a spiral disk which shares an axis with the adjustment pins at the head part, wherein the spiral disk surface is the support point of the guide shaft.
