METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF LAMELLA-STRUCTURE NANOPARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of lamella-structure nanoparticles.

SOLUTION: The method for production of the lamella-structure nanoparticle includes: a step of producing a mixed solution by adding metal halide precursors and sulfur precursors to an amine-containing organic solvent; a step of producing lamella-structure metal sulfide nanoparticles by heating the mixed solution at a prescribed temperature; and a step of separating the metal sulfide nanoparticles from the mixed solution. This manufacturing method has the advantage of producing the lamella-structure nanoparticles by a simple process and a variety of kinds of lamella-structure nanoparticles can be produced by changing the kind of metal halide precursors.
