PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope apparatus having enhanced precision in focusing with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This microscope apparatus 1 for adjusting focus by moving an objective lens 5 in the direction of its optical axis (arrow mark D1) is provided with a revolver supporting part 4 supporting a revolver 6 on which the objective lenses 5 are disposed and moving in the direction of optical axis (arrow mark D1) together with the objective lenses 5, a moving mechanism 7 having an actuator 10 and moving the objective lenses 5 in the direction of optical axis (arrow mark D1) by moving the revolver supporting part 4, and a displacement generating element 9 for moving the revolver supporting part 4 in the direction of optical axis (arrow mark D1) slightly.
