<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute an admission guidebook to a customer expected to enter as a car washing member, by using an ID number provided by communication between an onboard unit mounted on a car and a road side machine arranged in a car washing place, as a member certification medium. <P>SOLUTION: A service providing equipment has the onboard unit 43, the road side machine 22 communicating with this unit, and a storage means for storing a registered ID number of registering the member.
