PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear coating composition capable of restraining yellowing to an extremely low level, even when hot-cured. SOLUTION: This clear coating composition contains an acrylic resin obtained from a monomer mixture containing 10-15 mass%, to a monomer total amount, of long-chain (meth)acrylate monomer of which the ester part is a 9-15C linear hydrocarbon group, a carboxylic group containing (meth)acrylic monomer, and a hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylic monomer, and having 4,000-6,000 of number-averaged molecular weight and 1-5 mgKOH/g of solid content acid value, a polyisocyanate compound, a hindered phenol antioxidant, and a phosphorous antioxidant.
