PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device with an automatic aligning function capable of transmitting large torque. SOLUTION: This cutter device includes a fixing holder 2, a spherical cylinder 4 and a cutter holder 6. The fixing holder 2 has a through-hole 2a and a spherical outer circumferential surface 2b in which a key groove 2d is formed. The spherical cylinder 4 includes a through-hole 4a having a spherical inner circumferential surface 4c in which a key groove 4e having a spherical bottom surface 4e<SB>1</SB>is formed, and a spherical outer circumferential surface 4b having a key groove 4d formed at a position shifted around a rotational axis with respect to the key groove 4e. The cutter holder 6 includes a through-hole 6a having a spherical inner circumferential surface 6c in which a key groove 6e having a spherical bottom surface 6e<SB>1</SB>is formed, and a cutter blade 7.
