PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver capable of efficiently and surely recognizing the content of a program broadcast by a digital broadcast in a short time. SOLUTION: This broadcast receiver 100 including: reception parts 11 and 12 receiving a stream signal; a storage part 22 storing the received stream signal; a separation part 14 separating subtitle data from the stored stream signal; and a control part 10 controlling the separated subtitle data to be listed by being arranged in chronological order at a predetermined display speed.
