<p>The invention relates to a method for producing containers (13) made of thermoplastic, an extruded plastic tube (3) being introduced into a mold, the movable mold parts thereof (5, 7, 9) being moved into a position opening the mold, at least those mold parts (7) forming the transition of the main container part (18) and the container floor being closed, the container floor being welded, the tube (3) being expanded and pressed against the wall of the mold parts (5, 7, 9) by a pressure gradient acting thereon, and the mold parts for demolding the formed container (13) being moved into the position opening the mold, characterized in that the container floor is designed in the shape of a bowl-shaped floor part (19) axially extending the main container part (18), and that said floor is inverted into the interior of the container (13) in order to form a floor embossment protruding into the main container part (18).</p> |
