PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical information analyzer capable of calculating the peak brightness value of the spot of a microarray even if the peak brightness value exceeds the saturated brightness value of a photographing means. SOLUTION: A saturated spot extraction means 102 extracts the image of a saturated spot, wherein a brightness value is saturated, from the image obtained by photographing the microarray. An index value calculation means 105 binarizes the image of the saturated spot on the basis of a predetermined threshold value to count the pixels of a white region and calculates an index value, which indexes the expansion of the brightness distribution of the saturated spot, using the number of the pixels. Conversion information expressing the height relation to the expansion of the brightness distribution of the saturated spot is preliminarily stored in a memory 111 and a feature value acquiring means 112 refers to the conversion information to acquire the feature value, which is the information related to the height of the brightness distribution of the saturated spot, from the calculated index value.
