PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording medium capable of acquiring highly-accurate image information by correcting easily image irregularities caused by conveyance irregularities of the image recording medium during a reading time of the image information, and a reading device using the medium. SOLUTION: Linear correction reference lines 96a, 96b extending in the conveyance direction are formed on both side parts in a direction (main scanning direction) orthogonal to the conveyance direction (arrow Y direction) of a storage phosphor panel P, out of an image information recording domain 94 on the storage phosphor panel P, and the correction reference lines 96a, 96b are read together with radiation image information recorded in the image information recording domain 94, and position deviation in the main scanning direction of the radiation image information is corrected following position deviation from the straight lines of the correction reference lines 96a, 96b.
