A full plaster cast method and a structure thereof are provided, which enable to put a plaster in the affected part by using the free molding unit splint. A full plaster cast method using the free forming splint comprises: a step for preparing two free molding unit splints hardened in the free shape through the moisture absorption; a step for setting up one free molding unit splint(2a) at outer one side of the affected part in the form of the half plaster cast; a step for setting up the other molding unit splint(2b) in the outer other side of the affected part in the form of the half plaster cast; a step for installing both ends in the inner side of the free molding unit splint; and a step for fixing free molding unit splint to the affected part.
